I’m inspired by people and by working together. I’ve been working for five years at Elisa, Finland’s largest telecom and digital service company. I’m leading Elisa’s Digital Identity and Interactions
area with four software engineering and AI teams developing CIAM, Mobile ID, conversational agents, and common capabilities across B2B and B2C. With the best people, if you ask me 💛
I’m also a board member of International Women’s Forum Finland (IWFF) and a member of the Design From Finland (DFF) committee.
The most relevant job history regarding my work at Elisa is from Yle, the Finnish Broadcasting Company, where I led the Smart data and audience insight unit for several years until 2020. During that time, I was fortunate to gain deep knowledge of data and AI, audience insight, and product and digital service development. I have also been leading a Data-intensive economy team at VTT for a year, working with ecosystems in several sectors of urban development, traffic and energy.
Previously, I’ve also been a chair of the board of Media Metrics Finland for two years and a member for three years.
I’m inspired by the women working in tech, and to support that, I founded Elisa Digimuijat in 2022, a casual community sharing learnings, embracing diversity and enjoying lunches and small events together.
