I’m inspired by people and by working together. Currently, I work at Elisa, a telecom and digital service company, as Head of Digital Identity and Data. With brilliant people, we are building digital services that enhance customer experience and drive business growth, such as CIAM, Mobiilivarmenne, and common capabilities across B2B and B2C. Three teams working together, the best people if you ask me.
Since 2025, I’ve also been a member of the Design From Finland committee, exploring interesting topics around new products and services.
The most relevant job history regarding my work at Elisa is from Yle, Finnish Broadcasting Company, where I led the Smart data and audience insight unit for several years until 2020. From that time, I was fortunate to gain deep knowledge of data and AI, audience insight, and product and digital service development. I have also been leading a Data-intensive economy team at VTT for a year, working with ecosystems in several sectors of urban development, traffic and energy.
Previously, I’ve also been a chair of the board of Media Metrics Finland for two years and a member for three years.
I’m inspired by the women working in tech, and to support that, I founded Elisa Digimuijat in 2022, a casual community sharing learnings, embracing diversity and enjoying lunches and small events together.
I co-host the Triplatimantti podcast with Tiitta Vaulos 🎧 Spofity and Apple Podcasts. I’m a public speaker, and as a side hustle, I help people and teams as an agile coach.
