Corporate rebels is an inspiring book about Joos Minnaar and Pim De Morre traveling around the world searching for companies that have done things differently and succeeding because of it. Chinese manufacturer Haier is one of the examples.
“Going through radical transformation is not easy, nor completed in a day. But when it is carried out successfully, it has a huge impact on the engagement of employees and the future.” Minnaar and De Morre are writing about Haier, refering in more generally to companies as well.
There are many things to love about the learnings in this book, especially about transparency and joy.
